If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! James was involved every step of the way from the initial photographs to working with the insurance adjuster to scheduling all of the necessary tradesmen. He was very communicative and kept us informed about every step in the remediation process. His workers were extremely professional and courteous. The repairs were done in a timely manner and of such superb quality that the house is actually better than it was before all of the problems started. Services 321 and James Buday are a quality company and owner with an excellent treatment of customers. James was very helpful and communicated very well even though the homeowner was 600 miles away and left the home spotless after the remediation was complete. Services 3-2-1 is amazing! They completed work on my home while I was out of town. They replaced my flooring and put in new carpeting. The transformation was fantastic! James came out for my mold inspection. He discovered elevated levels. I moved out immediately. Every step of the way through the mold removal and removation was perfect. I was always well informed through every step of the removal then renovation. Every person was professional and did excellent work. Results were better than I could have ever imagined. Excellent job done on Siegried Leiblich rooms- checked thoroughly mould, sealed all windows, and placed new carpeting with accuracy. Dry walled all windows and walls. Very punctual as scheduled. Cleaned , tidied and placed all items back to their right position. I will not hesitate to recommend them to others needed to do this job. Please keep it up. Excellent performance. ~ Randa J

I called my insurance company it's been 7 months and my insurance company didn't want to pay to get my house covered so I called services 321 and they went above and beyond and got me a public adjuster and lawyer involved and are getting my house back together and are curtious and professional and completely hands on they are like my one stop shop I would definitely use them again. ~ Christopher B

Our toilet wax ring failed and leaked in between our bathroom walls without our knowledge causing mold. James and his company did the mold remediation and did a fantastic job.
